1 . This, That, These और Those, Demonstrative Pronouns / Adjectives हैं। This/These से निकटता और That/Those से दुरी का बोध होता है।
2 . This/That के साथ Singular Noun तथा Singular Verb का प्रयोग होता है। These/Those के साथ Plural Verb का प्रयोग होता हैं।
Examples
1 . यह एक विद्यार्थी है। – This is a student.
2 . यह एक गाय है। – This is a cow.
3 . वह एक गायक है। – That is a singer.
4 . वह एक कलम है। – That is a pen.
5 . वह चीनी है। – That is sugar.
6 . ये लड़के हैं। – These are boys.
7 . ये सब चोर हैं। – These are thieves.
